If you require delivery outside the UK, please contact us before ordering to check whether this is possible.

We aim to process and dispatch orders as quickly as possible. Processing times may vary depending on:

• seasonal demand

Delivery Times

Delivery times depend on the delivery service selected at checkout and the courier handling your order.

Although we always aim to meet estimated delivery timeframes, delays can occasionally happen due to:
• busy seasonal periods
• courier issues
• weather conditions
• incomplete or incorrect delivery details
• circumstances outside our reasonable control

It is the customer’s responsibility to make sure all delivery information is entered correctly when placing an order, including:
• recipient name

• postcode
• any required contact details

DKS Gifts cannot be held responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete information provided at checkout.

Sending Gifts Directly to Recipients

If you are sending a gift directly to the recipient, please ensure their details are entered correctly. Where available, you may also add a gift message to your order.

Failed Deliveries

If delivery cannot be completed, the courier may:
• Leave the parcel in a safe place
• leave it with a neighbour
• attempt redelivery
• leave instructions for collection or rearrangement

This will depend on the courier’s policy.

If we return an order due to failed delivery attempts or incorrect address details, additional charges may apply before we can arrange redelivery.

Damaged, Missing or Delayed Deliveries

If your order arrives damaged, incomplete, or does not arrive when expected, please contact us as soon as possible.

Please include your order number and any relevant photographs so we can investigate and help resolve the matter.

Seasonal Orders

During busy periods such as Christmas, Valentine’s Day, Mother’s Day, and Father’s Day, processing and delivery times may be longer than usual. We recommend placing orders early during these periods.
