Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, all goods must be:

If your goods do not meet these standards, you may be entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund.

Perishable & Food Items
Many of our hampers contain perishable goods such as food and drink. Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, items that are liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly are exempt from the 14-day cancellation right.
For this reason:
* We do not accept returns on perishable goods unless they are faulty, damaged, or incorrect
* This does not affect your statutory rights if the goods are not as described or are unfit for consumption

Damaged, Faulty or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
Please provide:
* Your order number
* A description of the issue
* Clear photographs of the item and packaging
In line with your legal rights, we will offer:
* A replacement, or
* A full or partial refund where appropriate
